摘要
本文以对学科馆员工作的宏观理论探索为主,从对关键概念的辨析入手,指出学科服务的本质是整个学科馆员理论研究中的核心和基础。通过对知识服务及其理念的详细阐述及深入分析,认为学科服务在本质上属于知识服务,它所呈现出的"学科服务三原则"体现着知识服务的特点,而学科馆员则在宏观上扮演着知识服务践行者的角色。
This paper focuses on theoretical exploration in macro side. Starting from the differentiation of the concepts, this paper points out that the essence of the subject librarian is the core and base of the whole theoretical exploration. Through deep analysis of knowledge service, this paper argues that subject service is knowledge service in essence and the ＂three principles of subject librarian＂ embody the characteristics of knowledge service. And subject librarian performs the practitioners of knowledge service.
