摘要
知识服务的本质就是以知识为基础的服务,是以资源建设为基础的信息服务的高级阶段。本文通过阐述知识及知识服务的内涵,揭示了知识服务与信息服务的区别与联系,探讨了图书馆知识服务的原则,提出了图书馆实施知识服务的对策。
The essence of knowledge service means the service based on knowledge, it is the advanced phase of the information service based on resource building. This paper opens out differences and contacts between information service and knowledge service through expatiating on intensions of information and knowledge, discusses principles of knowledge service in library, and presents countermeasures on applying knowledge service in library.
