摘要
随着实验室的快速发展,仪器设备使用与管理的信息化建设已成为实验教学与管理信息化的核心,其中仪器配件及技术文件的管理成为实验室管理的重点和难点。通过分析高校仪器配件及技术文件管理现状,设计并开发了仪器配件及技术文件管理系统,实行全方位、立体化的动态管理模式,实现信息透明、资源共享,为设备维修、维护、保养及高效运行提供了强有力的保障,有效地提高了管理效率与管理水平。
Instrument is an important support for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,instrument fittings and technical documentation are an important part of the instrument,are an important guarantee for its smooth operation. With the rapid development laboratories,the management of instrument fittings and technical documents has become the core of experimental teaching and management information. Based on analyzing the current situation of the college instrument fittings and technical documentation,a management system of the instrument fittings and technical documentation has been designed and developed. The system implements all-round and three-dimensional management mode,and achievs information transparency,resource sharing. It supplies strongly the equipment maintenance and efficient operation,and effectively improves the management efficiency and management level.
