三重四极杆质谱仪是目前从事分析工作者对目标化合物进行定性定量分析的一个重要仪器。它具有结构简单、专属性强、灵敏度高、定量方便等优点,广泛用于食品安全、医药卫生、环境监测和石油化工等众多领域,已成为目前应用最广的质谱仪。介绍Waters公司生产的三重四极杆质谱仪的结构特点,总结在使用过程中的经验与体会,为广大使用者对该型仪器的日常维护与管理提供参考。
Triple quadrupole mass spectrometer is an important instrument for the researchers who analyze goal compounds by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The kind of instrument has simple structure, high sensitivity, convenient quantity. It is mostly used in food safety, drug and sanitation, environment control, petroleum and chemical engineering industries. The structural characteristics of the triple quadrupole mass spectrometer was intruduced that produced by Waters Inc, and the experience was summarized during using, which offered the references for daily maintenance and management of the instrument.
