摘要 研究了具有超低乳液添加量高耐擦洗性能的内墙乳液,分析了主要影响耐擦洗性能的因素,包括玻璃化转变温度、乳液粒径、乳化剂类型或用量以及功能单体使用量等因素对耐擦洗性能的影响;实验结果显示乳液粒径(直径)在160 nm、采用乳化剂A-102且体系中酸含量占单体总量在2.8%~3.8%时效果最优,在此基础上,使用高分散性能的单体ZP(具有双羧基的含CH2 CH2的不饱和有机物)参与共聚,达到非常优异的耐擦洗性能。 High scrub resistance emulsion with lower dosage in interior wall coatings was studied. The influencing factors of scrub resistance including glass transition temperature, particle size, emulsifier and dosage or functional monomer amount and other factors on the scrub resistance were analyzed. Test results showed that the particle size of the emulsion (diameter) at 160 run, A-102 as the main surfactant and the acid content by 2.8%--3,8% of the total monomers had betler performances. The high dispersion functional monomer ZP(unsaturated organic compounds containing two carboxyl) in co-polymer was added to achieve very excellent scrub resistance.
