两种无机抗菌剂在内墙涂料中的抗菌性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过添加纳米TiO2和载银抗菌剂,运用两种工艺制得抗菌内墙涂料。用振荡烧瓶法检测了抗菌涂料的抗菌性能,比较了两种抗菌剂在内墙涂料中的应用效果和特性。研究结果表明:采用预分散纳米TiO2的制备方法更有利于纳米粒子在涂料中的稳定分散,纳米TiO2改性内墙涂料在无光和自然光的条件下抗菌效果不明显,而添加0.5wt%纳米TiO2的涂料在紫外灯的照射下抗菌率可达98%。加入1.5%载银抗菌剂的内墙涂料在无光条件下的初始抗菌率达99%,但在4个月后,抗菌率有所下降。 Two technologies were used to prepare antibacterial coatings for interior wall by way of adding nano-TiO2 and Ag-bearing antibacterialium. Shake Flask Tests were employed to analyze antibacterial properties of the coatings. Characteristics and antibacterial efficiency of these two inorganic antibacterial agents used in interior nwali coatings were contrasted. Testing results showed that pre-dispersion of nano-TiO2 was more available to ensured dispersion of nano-particles in coatings. Antibacterial effects of nano-TiO2 modified coatings were not marked under lightless or dark conditions whereas antibacterial rate of the coatings with 0.5wt% nano-TiO2 added and under ultraviolet condition could reach 98% .Initial antibacterial rate of the coatings for interior wall with 1.5% Ag-bearing antibacterialium added and under lightless condition came to 99%, yet would be lower after four months.
