摘要
乳胶漆的耐洗擦性能反映乳胶漆的综合性能。本试验系统研究了颜料体积浓度、填料用量、乳液聚合物、成膜助剂对乳胶漆耐洗擦性能的影响。试验发现增加颜料和填料用量 ,降低乳胶漆的耐洗擦性能 ,使用玻璃化温度低 ,弹性大 ,极性低的乳液聚合物 ,乳胶漆耐洗擦性能提高越明显 ;
wet-abrasion property reflects the synthetic property of latex coatings.The effect of the pigment volume concentration,the amount of extender,latex binder,coalescent on latex coatings wet-abrasion property was systemstically studied.It was shown that the latex coatins wet-abrasion property decreases with increasing the pigment and extender quantity.Using latex binder with low T g and high elastic,wet-abrasion property is improved apparently.Coalescent improve the wet-abrasion property.
