摘要
探讨高校公共体育教师工作量及劳动保护相关的研究内容,为准确评估高校公共体育教师工作量及给予公共体育教师劳动保护提供咨询。采用文献资料法等分析高校公共体育教师工作量及劳动保护的相关决策。主要结论:应该优化制定高校公共体育教师工作管理决策,为公共体育教师提供劳动保护,避免教师过量劳动。建议:可以从时间定额以及教学效益衡量方面,科学化评估管理体育教师工作量,并能够以人性化、科学化、合理化的角度为教师制定劳动保护策略,发挥积极影响。
This paper discusses college physical education teachers' workload and the labor protection in or- der to accurately evaluate the workload of physical education teachers in colleges and universities. By using literature review, this paper analyzes the related decisions of the workload and labor protection of college physical education teachers. It is mainly concluded that we should optimize the management decision- making of college physical education teachers, provide them with corresponding labor protection, and save them excessive labor. It is suggested as follows: From the time quota and assessment of their teaching effi- ciency, the workload of college physical education teachers can be scientifically evaluated and managed, thus formulating correlative labor protection policy from the humane, scientific and rational perspectives.
