摘要
根据软包装锂离子电池中铝塑膜腐蚀行为发生的条件,研究铝塑膜腐蚀行为的预测方法。用氢氟酸(HF)对铝塑膜壳体进行腐蚀,再对聚丙烯(PP)层进行渗透剂喷涂的化学腐蚀法,可直观地判断铝塑膜PP层是否破损。根据电极与铝塑膜铝层间的电阻率计算实验电池的绝缘电阻,再用万用表测量铝塑膜绝缘电阻,发现PP层破损的电池,绝缘电阻低于计算值。使用化学腐蚀法和绝缘电阻测试法,可对软包装锂离子电池中铝塑膜腐蚀行为进行预测。
According to the condition of aluminum laminated film corrosion behavior happened in the pouch Li-ion battery,the forecast method of corrosion behavior about aluminum laminated film was studied.The method of chemical etching which used HF to etch the aluminum laminated film to case corrosion,then sprayed penetrating agent onto the polypropylene layer,could be directly used to judge whether the polypropylene layer was damaged.The method of using the meter to measure the insulation resistance which was calculated according to the resistance between the electrode and the aluminum laminated film,could be used to detect the broken polypropylene layer of the finical product.The insulation resistance of finical product with broken polypropylene layer was lower than the calculated value.The corrosion behavior of aluminum laminated film in pouch Li-ion battery could be effectively predicted by using chemical etching and insulation resistance testing method.
