摘要
设计多种实验工况研究热封工艺参数对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/Al/聚乙烯(PE)复合薄膜热封强度的影响。结果表明,热封温度对热封强度的影响最为显著。在此基础上,采用扫描电子显微镜和拉伸破坏模式对热封区域表观判定,采用差示扫描量热法分析热封材料PE的热性能,并结合工程实际,确定PET/Al/PE有效热封温度为110~160℃。
Several sets of experimental processing conditions were designed for studying impact of heat sealing technological parameters on heat sealing strength of the laminated film of polyethylene terephthalate/Al/ polyethylene (PET/Al/PE). The results indicate that the effect of heat sealing temperature, among others, on heat sealing strength of the laminated film is considered to be the most significant. A judgment on the appearance of the heat sealing terms of the tension failure area was performed by means modes. The thermal properties of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and in of the polyethylene resin as the heat sealing material were analyzed with differential scanning calorimetry; the effective range of heat sealing temperature for the laminated film was determined to be 110 - 160 ℃.
