锂离子电池软包装用CPP薄膜热封特性的研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过DSC测试锂离子电池软包装用聚丙烯流延膜熔限,研究温度、压力及材料厚度与热封时间的关系。实验结果表明:热封温度和材料厚度都对热封范围有较大影响,随着温度的升高,热封范围变小;CPP厚度由25μm增大到50μm,热封范围扩大50%,强度增大66.7%;热封压力对热封范围影响不大;热封温度对热封强度有明显影响,热封强度随热封温度的增加而增大至平衡。 Melting point range of the cast polypropylene film (CPP) for lithium-ion battery flexible packaging was measured by DSC, and the relationship of the temperature, pressure, thicknesses of CPP films with heat-seal time was investigated. The results showed that the heat-seal temperature and film thickness greatly effect the heat-seal temperature range: it will be shortened along with temperature in- creasing, but widen with film thickness; the temperature range and sealed strength increased by 50% and 66.7%,respectively, when the thickness of CPP varied from 25μm to 50 μm; the pressure plays a minor role in this range; the heat-seal temperature has prominent effect on heat-seal strength; heat-seal strength increases with heat-seal temperature to balance value.
