摘要
以五氧化二钒(V_2O_5)为原料,采用熔融冷却法制备V_2O_5干凝胶;以有机胺为插层物及结构导向剂,制备具有层状结构的V_2O_5材料。通过XRD、SEM和BET测试,对V_2O_5原料、干凝胶和发泡材料进行分析;通过循环伏安、恒流充放电和交流阻抗等方法对电化学性能进行研究,在m(V_2O_5)∶m(C16H35N)∶m(H2O2)=1∶2∶50条件下制备的V_2O_5发泡材料,电化学性能最佳,在1 mol/L Na_2SO_4溶液中以0.2 A/g的电流在-0.2~0.8 V充放电,充电比电容为170.3 F/g。
Vanadium pentoxide(V2O5) xerogels were prepared by melt cooling method with V2O5 as raw material,V2O5 materials with layered structure were obtained using organic amine as intercalation compounds and structure directing agent.The SEM,XRD and BET were used to analyses V2O5 raw material,xerogel and foaming material.The electrochemical performance was tested by cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge-discharge and AC impedance methods.While m(V2O5) ∶ m(C16H35N) ∶ m(H2O2) =1∶ 2∶ 50,V2O5 foaming material had better electrochemical performance.When charged-discharged with the current of 0.2 A/g in-0.2-0.8 V,the charge specific capacitance was 170.3 F/g in the solution of 1mol/L Na2SO4.
