摘要
西部地区是我国重要的生态屏障区。西部地区最大的价值在生态、最大的责任在生态、最大的潜力也在生态。如何以法治的方式筑牢西部地区生态安全是保护西部地区生态环境、促进西部地区快速发展的客观要求,也是加快生态文明建设,实现尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然,筑牢国家生态安全屏障,实现经济效益、社会效益、生态效益相统一的必然要求。
The western region is an important ecological barrier area in China. The largest value, the biggest re- sponsibility and the greatest potential in the western region is in ecology. The ecological security in the West of China according to the rule of law is a strong objective requirement to protect the ecological environment and promote the rapid development of the western region, but also accelerate the construction of ecological civilization, to achieve respect for nature, comply with nature, protect nature, build a strong national ecological security barrier, which will be the inevitable requirement to achieve economic, social and ecological benefits of unity.
