摘要
解放思想 ,更新观念 ,实事求是 ,量力而行是实施西部大开发战略和加速西部地区社会主义现代化建设的先导和前提 ,只有树立新的观念 ,根据当地实际情况 ,量力而行 ,才能促进西部地区的大开发和社会主义现代化建设的飞跃发展。
In this article,the author deems that emancipating the mind,acting according to one's capability,breaking away from traditional modes of thought,seeking truth from facts is the precursor and prerequisite for carrying out great exploitation's strategy of western China and fastening the construction of socialist modernization of western areas.Only by establishing new ideology and acting accoring to one's capability can we promote the great exploitation of western areas and leap forward development of socialist modernization's construction.
