摘要
以酿酒品种赤霞珠果实为试材,研究了葡萄果实发育过程中土壤干旱对果肉、果皮、种子和果梗中总酚积累的影响。结果表明:土壤干旱条件下,葡萄果肉、果皮、种子、葡萄果梗中多酚含量有所提高。幼果期(花后30 d),果肉、果皮、种子和果梗中总酚含量分别比CK1提高了8.9%、7.2%、8.2%、8.2%,比CK2提高了19.0%、8.1%、7.0%、6.3%;转色期(花后70 d)果肉、果皮、种子和果梗中总酚含量分别比CK1提高了46.8%、12.3%、7.2%、15.4%,比CK2提高了42.3%、4.7%、5.2%、10.5%;成熟期(花后110 d)果肉、果皮、种子和果梗中总酚含量分别比CK1提高了46.1%、-25.7%、-10.4%、6.8%,分别比CK2提高了86.6%、9.8%、29.8%、10.5%。方差分析结果表明,葡萄果肉花后30 d的总酚含量未达到显著性水平,其他不同时期各部分总酚含量均达到显著性水平。
Abstract:Taking the fruits of Cabernet sauvignon grape as the experimental material, the effects of soil drought have been studied on the accumulation of total phenol in flesh, peel, seed and fruit stalk during the fruit develop- ment of grape. The results show that the polyphenol in flesh, peel, seed and fruit stalk of grape has risen in soil drought condition. In young fruit period (30 days after flowering), the content of total phenol in flesh, peel, seed and fruit stalk has been increased by 8.9%, 7. 2% , 8.2% and 8.2% than CK1 and by 19. 0% , 8.1% , 7. 0% and 6. 3% than CK2. In color -changed period (70 days after flowering), the content of total phenol in flesh, peel, seed and fruit stalk has been increased by 46.8%, 12. 3%, 7.2% and 15.4% than CK1 and by 42. 3%, 4. 7%, 5.2% and 10. 5% than CK2. In mature period (110 days after flowering), the content of total phenol in flesh, peel, seed and fruit stalk has been increased by46. 1%, -25.7%, - 10. 4% and 6. 8% than CK1 and by 86.6%, 9. 8%, 29.8% and 10.5% than CK2. The results of variance analysis show that the content of total phe- nol of flesh in 30 days after flowering hasn' t reached to the significant level, but in other periods, the one in other parts has reached to the significant level.
