摘要
通过对不同温度、采收期和储存条件下黄花刺茄种子进行萌发实验,结果表明:内蒙古呼和浩特市生长的黄花刺茄种子最适温度范围为20~30℃,30℃时萌发效果最好;种子于10月上旬开始成熟,一直延续到11月末,成熟期较长;最佳储藏方式是室外储存。为进一步控制黄花刺茄的种子传播提供了基础资料。
Abstract：The seed germination characteristics of Solanum rostratum Dunal have been studied in different tempera- tures, harvesting time and storage conditions. The results show that the proper temperature range is from 20℃ to 30℃, and the germination effect is the best at 30℃ in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. The seeds of Solanum rostratum Dunal begin to ripe in early October with a longer mature period until the end of November. The best way is to be stored outdoors. This study provides the basic information for further controlling the seed dispersal of Solanum ros- tratum Dunal.
