摘要
棉花病、健株根系分泌物与枯萎菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vas-in fectum)侵染的萎蔫病有一定的相关性。抗、感品种健株根分泌物中的氨基酸和总糖含量都较低,用薄层层析法检测不到果糖和葡萄糖。接种枯萎菌后抗、感品种根分泌物中氨基酸种类比健株丰富的多,并且氨基酸和总糖含量均比健株有极显著增加,用薄层层析法可以检测到果糖和葡萄糖。孢子萌发实验表明,感病健株根分泌物具有刺激孢子萌发的作用,抗病健株则不然,接菌后抗、感品种根分泌物均可刺激抱子萌发。大多数氨基酸对孢子萌发有刺激作用。
The results indicated that root exudates of cotton seedling were related to cotton resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasin fectum.Contents of amino acids and total sugars in both resistant and susceptible healthy plants were lower.The fructose and glucose were not found by thin layer chromatography.After inoculation,the kinds of amino acids in root exudates of inoculated plants were more than healthy plants,Contents of amino acids and total sugars in root esudates of inoculated poants were markedly higher than healthy plants.The fructose and glucose were detected by thin layer chromatography.The experiment of spore germination showed that root exudates of susceptilbe healthy plants could stimulate spore germination,the resistant healthy plants could not.Both of resistant and susceptible plants root esudates could stimulate spore germination after inoculation.Most amino acids could stimulate spore germination.The resis- tant mechanism of cotton to Fusarium wilt disease was discussed.
