摘要
提出一种蒸压轻质加气混凝土外墙板与钢梁之间的新型连接形式,该连接可避免在墙体上贯穿打孔,防止冷、热桥现象的产生,并且在梁的下翼缘采用铰接连接,与结构的随动性更好,利于抗震。为研究该连接的受力性能,对8个试件进行低周往复荷载试验,并考虑了墙板厚度的影响。同时,为得到节点破坏的极限承载力,部分试件采用碳纤维布对墙板进行加固处理。试验结果表明:该连接受力性能良好,连接可靠;随着墙板厚度的增加,连接的极限承载力和极限位移随之增大。
A new connection between autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete external wall panel and steel beam was put forward,which could avoid punching holes through the wall and prevent the formation of cold and thermal bridge phenomenon. Meanwhile,the seismic behavior of structure was better by using hinged connection in the bottom flange of the steel beam. In order to study the mechanical behavior of this connection,low cyclic loading tests of eight specimens were carried out. The influence of wall panel thickness was considered. And some specimens were reinforced by CFRP sheets to obtain the ultimate bearing capacity of the connection. Test results showed that the new connection had better reliability and mechanical performance. With the increase of wall panel thickness,the ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate displacement of connection would be significantly increased.
