摘要
随着轻钢龙骨体系及彩钢板的广泛使用,自攻螺钉连接受力性能也越来越被人们重视.目前国内有关自攻螺钉连接受力性能的研究主要集中在试验和有限元分析两方面,其中有限元的建模方法各有不同.采用ANSYS有限元软件建立了自攻螺钉抗剪连接的7种简化计算模型,对各种简化模型所得连接的极限承载力、破坏形式及建模特点进行了比较,得到了自攻螺钉连接合适的有限元建模方法,为自攻螺钉抗剪承载力的理论研究提供有益的参考.
With the development of light-gauge joist steel system and color steel plate,the mechanical performance of self-drilling screw connection is increasingly concerned.At present,research on the self-drilling screw connection focuses on experiment and finite element analysis in China;but the modeling method of finite element analysis is different.In this paper,seven simplified analysis models are built with finite element analysis software ANSYS.The ultimate bearing capacity,failure mode and modeling feature are presented and compared for the different simplified models.The suitable finite element modeling method is provided.The research result is beneficial to the theoretical research of the anti-shear capacity of self-drilling screw connection.
