摘要
介绍了ALC板适用范围及特性.通过工程实例,介绍了施工过程中外墙板和内墙板的安装连接构造、施工工艺流程,阐述了ALC板安装过程中的控制要点及质量要求.提出了施工中减少板材损耗的措施.通过优化施工顺序、合理安排施工作业人员形成流水作业,保质保量地完成了施工任务,缩短了工期,取得了预期效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴.
The paper with the engineering application examples introduces the application and characteristics of ALC panel, inside-and-outside wallboard connection, and the construction process. And also it expounds the ALC panel installation process of control and quality requirements, and puts forward the measures of how to reduce panel loss. By optimizing the construction sequence and rationally arranging the construction project so as to form an assembly line, both the quality and quantity of the project have been guaranteed. Thus the construction period will be shortened, and the expected results will be got. It provides similar projects with valuable reference in future construction.
