摘要
目的探讨纳米抗菌银敷料在烧伤患者中的临床应用效果及护理要点。方法将192例烧伤患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组96例,对照组彻底清洗、消毒创面后用无菌敷料浸碘伏覆盖包扎;试验组用纳米抗菌银敷料覆盖包扎。观察两组患者创面早期渗出量、愈合情况及不同时期创面细菌阳性率。结果试验组创面早期渗出量较对照组少,治疗2周、3周创面愈合率均较对照组高,总体愈合时间较对照组短,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);清创包扎治疗前两组创面细菌阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相应包扎治疗10天、15天后试验组创面细菌阳性率明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米抗菌银敷料能够有效减少烧伤创面渗出液量,促进创面愈合,降低创面细菌数量,控制创面感染发生,临床应用价值显著。
objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing points of nano antibacterial silver dressing in burn patients. Methods 192 cases of burn patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,96 cases in each group,the control group thorough cleaning and disinfection of the wound with a sterile dressing by covering the experimental group with Iodophor dressing; nano antibacterial silver dressing bandage. The two groups of patients with early wound exudate,healing and wound bacteria positive rate. Results The experimental group of early wound bleeding less than that of the control group,treatment for 2 weeks,3 weeks,the wound healing rate is higher than the control group,the healing time was shorter than the control group,there were significant differences between the groups（P〈0.05）; debridement dressing treatment difference of two groups were no statistical significance of the positive rate of bacteria（P〉0.05）,corresponding to 10 days and 15 days. The positive rate of bacteria in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nano antibacterial silver dressing can effectively reduce the amount of burn wound exudate,promote wound healing,reduce the number of bacteria in the wound,and control the wound infection.
