摘要
目的探究纳米银敷料在外固定器针道护理中的应用。方法选取2023年6—12月于新疆生产建设兵团第七师医院骨科病区采用外固定器治疗的90例骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,按照术后创面护理方式不同分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用纳米银敷料进行外固定护理。比较两组细菌培养感染结果、住院时间及护理满意度。结果术后2、8周,两组细菌培养阳性率比较差异无统计学意义;拆除外固定器前,观察组细菌培养阳性率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组针道感染发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的28.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间为(14.23±1.81)d,短于对照组的(20.67±2.13)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.56%,高于对照组的62.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用纳米银敷料进行针道护理,可显著降低细菌培养感染阳性率,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of nano-silver dressing in needle track nursing of external fixator.Methods 90 patients with pelvic fractures treated with external fixator in the Orthopedic Ward of 7th Division Hospital,Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different postoperative wound care methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with nano-silver dressing for external fixation nursing.The results of bacterial culture infection,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 2 and 8 weeks after operation,there were no significant differences in the positive rate of bacterial culture between the two groups;before removing the external fixator,the positive rate of bacterial culture in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 17.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of needle tract infection in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 28.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was(14.23±1.81)d,which was shorter than(20.67±2.13)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 62.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By applying nano-silver dressing in needle track nursing of external fixator,it can reduce the infection rate of bacterial culture,shorten the time of hospitalization,and improve the patients'comfort and satisfaction significantly.
