摘要
目的分析光子嫩肤技术联合维生素C离子导入治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年3月我院收治的黄褐斑患者70例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数表法分为两组,各35例。所有患者入院后均给予基础治疗,在此基础上对照组采用维生素C离子导入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合光子嫩肤技术。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后患处情况。结果对照组治疗有效率为71.43%,明显低于观察组94.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者皮损颜色评分为(0.98±0.28)分、皮损面积评分(1.59±0.88)分、均一性评分为(1.15±0.43)分,均高于观察组(0.66±0.21)分、(0.67±0.71)分及(0.78±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光子嫩肤技术联合维生素C离子导入治疗黄褐斑临床疗效显著,在短时间内便可消除黄褐斑,见效快,在临床应用中值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of photorejuvenation technology of vitamin C combined with iontophoresis in the treatment of chloasma. Chloasma patients Methods From January 2015-2016 year in March in our hospital 70 patients as the research object,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each. All patients were given basic treatment after admission,on the basis of the control group was treated with vitamin C iontophoresis treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the combined photorejuvenation technology. The situation affected area before and after treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,significantly lower than the observation group 94.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); patients in the control group after treatment,the skin color score was(0.98±0.28),lesion area score(1.59± 0.88),homogeneity score [insert specific research data(for] 1.15±0.43) points,were higher than the observation group(0.66±0.21),(0.67±0.71)% and(0.78±0.52),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Photorejuvenation technology of vitamin C combined with iontophoresis treatment of chloasma,in a short period of time can eliminate chloasma,quick effect,worthy of promotion in clinical application.
