可调脉冲光子嫩肤系统治疗面部色素斑和毛细血管扩张症的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察可调脉冲光子嫩肤(Variable pulse light,VPL)治疗面部色素斑和毛细血管扩张症的疗效。方法:采用Energist ULTRATM光子嫩肤系统分别对面部色素性疾病患者74例、毛细血管扩张症患者52例进行治疗.依据不同疾病及治疗效果,选择治疗疗程为1~5次,每次治疗间隔3周,治疗前后拍照,疗程结束后评价疗效。结果:面部色素性疾病有效率为87.84%,毛细血管扩张症有效率为90.38%,未发现有严重不良反应。结论:VPL治疗面部色素斑和毛细血管扩张症安全、有效。 Objective:To Investigate the therapeutic effects of variable pulse light (VPL) in pigment patch and telangiectasis. Methods:126 cases were involved in our study. They were treated 5 times at interval 3 weeks by using photorejuvenation machine (Energist ULTRATM). The face was took photo before and after treatment, the judgement of results was made after the course was completed. Results:The effective rates for pigment patch and telangiectasis were 87.84%,and 90.38% respectively. No severe side effect were observed. Conclusion:The treatment of variable pulse light is an effective and salty method for pigment patch and telangiectasis.
