摘要
目的:评价水光注射三联疗法联合大光斑低能量Q开关1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2016年12月在笔者医院门诊就诊的黄褐斑患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组:接受水光注射三联疗法(玻尿酸2.5ml,氨甲环酸3ml,还原型谷胱甘肽1.5ml)3次,每2个月1次;Q开关1 064nm Nd:YAG激光(光斑直径6~7mm,能量密度3.0~4.06J/cm2)治疗3次,于每次水光治疗后1个月进行,两种治疗交替进行;对照组:仅接受Q开关1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗,每月1次,共6次。结果:治疗组有效率83.3%,对照组有效率56.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见明显不良反应。结论:水光注射三联疗法联合大光斑低能量Q开关1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗在很大程度上改善皮肤肤质,淡化黄褐斑,效果明显优于单用Q开关1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗,且安全性佳。但水光注射三联疗法联合大光斑低能量Q开关1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗对黄褐斑的改善程度与治疗次数、术后肌肤的修复及保养密不可分。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of water injection therapy combined with large spot low energy Q switch1064nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma.Methods60patients with typical clinical symptoms of Chloasma in our hospital from2013-2016were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had a total of30cases.The treatment group of patients were applied water injection therapy(hyaluronic acid2.5ml,tranexamic acid3ml,reduced glutathione1.5ml),every2months injection of1times,a total of3times.They were applied Q switch1064nm Nd:YAG laser(spot diameter6-7nm,energy density3.0-4.06J/cm2)after1month receiving water injection therapy,two treatments were performed alternately.The control group were applied only Q switch1064nm Nd:YAGlaser,once a month,a total of6times.Results The effective rate of83.3%;the effective rate of56.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),patients of both groups do not appearance obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Water injection therapy combined with large spot low energy Q switch1064nm Nd:YAG laser can improve skin texture,reduce chloasma.The effect was obviously better than that of Q switch1064nm laser,and the safety of Nd:YAG was better.However,the degree of improvement of chloasmais closely related to the number of treatment and postoperative skin repair and maintenance using water injection therapy combined with large spot low energy Q switch1064nm Nd:YAG laser.
