摘要
目的在面部创伤患者的治疗过程中应用早期急诊整形美容修复处理,探讨处理经验及效果。方法我院2015年1月至2016年1月期间收治的面部创伤患者进行回顾性分析。选取早期急诊整形美容修复患者80例作为研究组,另选常规修复患者80例作为参照组,进行比较。结果参照组临床治疗优良率57.50%,满意度81.25%,研究组临床治疗优良率85%,满意度98.75%,研究组明显优于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在面部创伤患者的治疗过程中应用早期急诊整形美容修复处理可以显著改善患者的面部创伤。
Objective To explore the treatment experience and effect in the treatment of facial trauma patients with early emergency plastic surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the patients with facial trauma admitted from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital. Selection of early emergency cosmetic surgery to repair 80 patients as study group,while routine repair in 80 patients as the reference group,comparison. Results In the reference group,the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment was 57.50%,and the satisfaction rate was 81.25%. The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 85% and the satisfaction rate was 98.75%. The study group was significantly better than the reference group,P 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of facial trauma patients in the early treatment of plastic surgery can significantly improve the treatment of facial trauma.
