摘要
目的：探讨应用整形外科技术对单纯面部皮肤软组织损伤进行急诊及后续综合治疗的方法,改善治疗效果.方法：遵循整形外科原则,对单纯面部皮肤软组织损伤的患者,早期通过无张力缝合、皮片移植、皮瓣转移、器官修复等整形外科技术进行急诊处理;后续辅以抗瘢痕治疗、毛发移植、皮瓣修薄等整形综合治疗.结果：本组43例患者术后经过1 ～22个月随访,面部均无明显瘢痕增生及器官畸形,功能及外观恢复良好,治疗效果满意.结论：整形外科技术运用于单纯面部软组织损伤患者的早期治疗及后续处理中,可减少单纯面部软组织损伤患者术后瘢痕增生及器官畸形的发生,有效改善该类患者的远期治疗效果.
Objective To explore the way of application of plastic surgery in early and follow-up treatment on simple facial soft tissue injuries,in order to improve treatment effectiveness.Methods Follow the principle of plastic surgery,in simple facial soft tissue injury patients,some plastic surgery technique was used in the early,such as free skin transplantation,skin flap transplantation,reconstruction of organs,follow up with the prevention of scar,hair transplantation,thinning of skin flap.Results After 1～22 months follow-up,this group of 43 patients had no obvious facial scar hyperplasia or organ malformation,facial appearance and function resumed well in most of the cases,the treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion The application of plastic surgery in early and follow-up treatment on simple facial soft tissue injuries can reduce the occurrence of hypertrophic scar and organ malformation,and improved the long-term treatment effect.
