皮肤裂伤患者应用Histoacryl组织胶水不良反应的原因分析及护理 被引量：4

摘要 分析Histoacryl组织胶水粘合术患者发生不良反应的原因,提出护理对策。1 020例皮肤裂伤患者采用Histoacryl组织胶水粘合伤口,10例出现不良反应,其中伤口再度裂开5例,皮下血肿2例,局部感染3例。分析原因包括:患者术后院外护理存在误区,患儿伤口位于关节部位,患者伤口较长且深,医护配合不当致胶水保护膜过厚。故需加大宣教力度,指导患者正确的院外护理方法;尽量劝告伤口部位在关节处的儿童或自我约束能力差的人群采用清创缝合术;改进粘合术技巧,避免皮下存有过多气体和液体;制定Histoacryl组织胶水的操作规范,促进医护间合作。本组患者经积极处理,伤口愈合较好。
