可吸收整形提升带联合PPDO中下面部除皱术中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析可吸收整形提升带与可吸收蛋白线(PPDO)联合行中下面部除皱术的临床效果。方法选取50例2015年6月至2016年12月期间在我院行中下面部除皱术的患者,均采用可吸收整形提升带与PPDO联合治疗,进行SMAS深层剥离,抓提颧脂肪垫并固定在颞深筋膜上,将数量相同的PPDO经皮下对称植入到面颊和颈颌线,观察患者的应用效果。结果通过对患者实施3个月随访,50例患者中只有1例出现两侧面颊不对称的情况,另外49例患者均满意本次除皱效果,患者的满意度为98.0%。结论可吸收整形提升带能够促进面部软组织解剖复位,提升软组织容量,与PPDO联合,能够促进皮肤胶原蛋白的分泌,提高皮肤弹性,使患者的年轻化效果更加持久和显著,可加强应用。 Objective To analyze the absorbable orthopedic lifting belt and absorbable protein line(PPDO) the clinical effect of rhytidectomy of the line. Methods A total of 50 cases from June 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital in the rhytidectomy patients were treated with absorbable orthopedic lifting belt combined with PPDO treatment,SMAS deep peeling,gripping the malar fat pad and fixed in the deep temporal fascia,the same number of PPDO was implanted under the skin to the cheeks and symmetry neck and jaw line,application effect observation of patients. Results Through the implementation of 3 months of follow-up,50 patients only 1 cases appeared on both sides of the cheek asymmetry. In the other 49 patients were satisfied with the lifting effect,patient satisfaction was 98%. Conclusion The absorbable orthopedic lifting belt can promote the facial soft tissue anatomical reduction,enhance the capacity of soft tissue,combined with PPDO,can promote the secretion of collagen in skin,improve skin elasticity,make a more lasting and significantly younger patients,can strengthen the application.
