摘要
目的分析颧弓骨膜上入路面中部薇拉美辅助下除皱术的临床应用效果。方法随机抽取本院自2014年6月至2015年6月收治的行薇拉美辅助下除皱术患者28例,对所有患者行颧弓骨膜上入路面中部薇拉美辅助下除皱术,术后随访6个月,观察患者的满意度以及并发症发生率。结果 18例患者非常满意,占总满意度的37.5%、26例患者满意,占总满意度的54.2%、4例患者不满意,占总满意度的8.3%、满意度为91.7%。并发症发生率(皮肤坏死、感染、片状脱发、面部神经损伤、外观不对称、外观不平整)为0。结论颧弓骨膜上入路面中部薇拉美辅助下除皱术具有创伤小、效果显著,并且保持时间长的效果,值得进一步推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of Wei-mei-assisted hematoxylin in the middle of the periosteum of the zygomatic arch. Methods Twenty-eight patients were enrolled in this study from June 2014 to June 2015. Twenty-eight patients underwent hematoxylin-assisted hematoxylin. All patients underwent hematoxylin-Follow-up for 6 months to observe the patient＇s satisfaction and the incidence of complications. Results 18 patients were very satisfied,accounting for 37.5% of the total satisfaction,26 patients were satisfied,accounting for 54.2% of the total satisfaction,4 patients were not satisfied,accounting for 8.3% of the total satisfaction,satisfaction was 91.7%. The incidence of complications（skin necrosis,infection,flaky hair loss,facial nerve injury,the appearance of asymmetry,the appearance is not flat） to 0. Conclusion The middle part of the periosteum of the zygomatic arch has a small trauma,a significant effect and a long lasting effect,which is worthy of further popularization and use.
