摘要
目的探讨自制导尿评分量表在男性导尿困难患者中的应用。方法采用自制导尿评分量表对我院2014年6月至2016年7月共96例男性导尿困难患者进行量化评分。其中低级64例,中级18例,高级14例,低级采用更换润滑剂、增加润滑剂、更换尿管,中级使用非直视下留置斑马导丝辅助导尿,高级采用直视下尿道膀胱镜留置斑马导丝辅助进行留置导尿,统计3组患者导尿成功率。结果自制导尿评分量表评分低级患者再次导尿成功率98.44%(63/64),评分中级患者导尿成功率94.44%(17/18),评分高级患者导尿成功率85.71%(12/14)。结论自制导尿评分量表在对男性导尿困难患者下一步治疗方案选择中具有客观指导意义,值得在泌尿外科推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of a self-made urethral catheterization rating scale on difficult male u- rethral catheterization. Methods A total of 96 cases of difficult male urethral catheterization treated in our hospital form June 2014 and July 2016 were evaluated by a self-made urethral catheterization rating scale. Of all cases, 64 had low score, 18 had medium score and 14 had high score. For those who had low score, 10-20 mL of lubricant was injected to the urethra, or lidocaine jelly was used, or the urine tube was replaced. For those with medium score, a guide wire was placed blindly into the bladder. For those with high score, a guide wire was inserted through the cystoscope into bladder, and Foley catheter with the tip trimmed advanced over the guide wire. The success rates of urethral catheterization in the three groups were compared. Results The success rate of urethral catheterization was 98.44% （63/64）, 94.44% （17/18） and 85.71% （12/14） in the low, medium and high score groups. Conclusion The self-made urethral catheterization rating scale has guiding significance in the choice of treatment schemes for difficult male urethral catheterization. It is worth wide application in urology.
