摘要
目的研究利多卡因凝胶应用于前列腺增生尿潴留患者导尿术中的临床效果。方法采用随机抽样法,将68例前列腺增生尿潴留患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例。进行导尿术时,观察组使用利多卡因凝胶润滑尿管;对照组按照常规使用石蜡油润滑尿管。结果2组患者疼痛程度、一次导尿成功率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),出现血尿的几率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论前列腺增生尿潴留患者的导尿术中应用利多卡因凝胶有明显的镇痛和润滑效果,可减轻导尿过程中患者的痛苦,提高导尿成功率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of application of Lidocaine Hydrochloride on the patients with prostatauxe urine retention. Methods 68 patients with prostatauxe urine retention were divided into two groups at random （each group with 34 cases）. In urethralcatheterization, the observation group used Lidocaine Hydrochloride Gel to lubricate the urinary catheter and the control group used paraffin oil routinely. Results There were statistical significances in degree of pain and successful rate of once urethral catheterization in the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical significance in probability of hematuria （P） 0.05）. Conclusions In urethral catheterization of the patients with prostatauxe urine retention, Lidocaine Hydrochloride Gel has an obvious analgesic and lubricant effect. It can reduce the pain and enhance the successful rate of urethral catheterization.
