摘要
目的提高Foley导尿管留置及拔除失败原因的诊断及处理水平。方法回顾性分析2005年1月—2010年5月我院Foley导尿管留置失败177例及拔除失败12例的原因及具体处理措施,提出前瞻性处理建议。结果由各种原因所致Foley导尿管首次留置失败177例患者,经相应处理后有168例留置导尿管成功,9例行膀胱穿刺造瘘术;Foley导尿管拔除失败12例经处理均拔除成功。结论分析Foley导尿管留置及拔除失败的原因及处理措施,有利于提高临床留置导尿管及拔出导尿管的成功率,对及时、准确处理尿潴留等问题有一定帮助。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment for Foley catheterization and exelcymosis failure.Methods Causes and treatments of 177 cases of Foley catheterization failure and 12 cases of exelcymosis failure from January 2005 to May 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and some prospective treatment measures were proposed.Results 177 cases had Foley catheterization failure for the first time due to various causes,and 168 cases were succeeded in inserting Foley catheter after appropriate treatment.9 cases were performed cystostomy.Foley catheters of 12 cases that had Foley exelcymosis failure were all pulled out with proper measures.Conclusion Analyzing the causes and measures of Foley catheter insertion and removing failure is beneficial to the success rate of urethral catheterization and catheter exelcymosis,and is helpful to deal with urinary retention and other issues timely and accurately.
