职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度建设的思考 被引量:149

摘要 本研究从推进职业教育领域"管办评"分离、推动职业院校履行主体责任和持续提升人才培养质量等方面阐述了制度建设的时代背景,从完善院校内部质量保证体系、提升教学管理信息化水平和树立现代质量文化等维度梳理了制度建设的任务要求,以"建立常态化的职业院校自主保证人才培养质量的机制"为目标提出了院校方案编制的六个关键控制点,从过程性、系统性、内生性、多样性等方面提出了制度建设成效的判断表征,对职业教育战线推进职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度建设,创新质量保证机制,提升质量保证能力,培育现代质量文化,具有较好指导意义。 This paper expounds the timebackground of the system construction from the aspects ofpromoting the separation of management and evaluation in the field of vocational education, propelling theprofessional responsibility of the vocational colleges and continuallyimproving the quality of personneltraining. From the perspective of improving the internal quality assurance system of schools, elevating theinformatization level of teaching management and building up the modern quality culture, the taskrequirements of system construction are also analyzed in this paper. With the aim of establishing themechanism of ensuring the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges, this paper firstly puts forwardsix key control points onworking out schools" schemes, and then puts forward thejudgmentcharacters of theeffectiveness of system construction from the aspects of process, systematicness, endogeneity and diversity. Ithas good guiding significance to the fi-ont line of vocational education on promoting the teaching diagnosis,improving the system construction, innovating the quality assurance mechanism, lifting the quality assuranceability, and developing modern quality culture.
