摘要
目的:在明确山西省黄芪根腐病优势病原菌的基础上,针对其进行拮抗菌的筛选。方法:通过组织分离法获得黄芪根腐病的致病菌,并根据柯赫氏法则进行回接证病,采用常规形态和EF-1α序列分子鉴定相结合的方法确定其分类地位;同时以优势病原菌为靶标,通过室内多重筛选的方式筛选获得生防菌株。结果:明确了腐皮镰刀菌Fusarium solani为山西黄芪根腐病的优势病原菌之一,筛选获得的拮抗菌G10对其表现出了良好的平皿拮抗和离体防病效果。结论:以Fusarium solani为靶标筛选获得的拮抗菌G10,具有开发为专用生防制剂的潜力。
Objective: To identify the dominant pathogen causing Astragalas membranaceus var. mongholicus root rot disease and to screen the antagonistic microorganism. Methods: Pathogens were isolated from diseased root segments and the pathogenicity was tested by using Koch's postulate. Morphological study and EF-1α molecular identification were applied to determine the classification status. At the same time,the dominant pathogen was as the target,bio control strains were selected by multiple screening in vitro. Results: Fusarium solani was one of the dominant pathogens which causing root rot disease in Astragalas membranaceus var. mongholicus of Shanxi province. The screened antagonistic strain G10 showed significant effect of inhibiting Fusarium solani and controlling Astragalas membranaceus var. mongholicus root rot disease in vitro. Conclusion: The antagonistic strain G10 against Fusarium solani has a great potential for development as a commercial bio-control agent.
