微生物菌剂对人参黑斑病防治效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 微生物菌剂对作物生长具有重要作用,在农业生产上施用微生物菌剂可以有效改良土壤和抑制病害的发生。为了探究微生物菌剂对人参黑斑病发病率及防治效果的影响,采用田间施肥实验,测定菌剂对人参黑斑病的影响。结果表明,微生物菌剂能有效降低人参黑斑病发病率,对人参黑斑病的防治具有良好效果。具体表现为不同施用方案显著影响人参黑斑病发病率,且以T6(基施地养力微生物菌剂3.6kg/10m^2,5、7、8月各喷施一次高保康3号微生物菌剂2.3L/10m^2)的发病率最低,防治效果最好。防治效果依次为T6(83.03±0.70)>T4(77.61±1.12)>T1(77.28±0.25)>T2(74.24±0.69)>T5(73.79±0.20)>T3(71.01±1.04),T6与其他处理间存在极显著差异。 Microbial fertilizer has an important role in crop growth.Application of microbial fertilizer in agricultural production can effectively improve soil quality and prevent disease occurrence.The experiment carried out in field conditions in order to explore the effect of microbial fertilizer on the incidence and control effect of ginseng black spot.The results showed that microbial fertilizer could effectively reduce the incidence,have a good effect on the prevention and treatment of ginseng black spot.There are significant differences in the effects of different fertilization schemes on the occurrence of ginseng black spot disease,and T6(The Diyangli Microbial Fertilizer was applied 3.6 kg/10 m^2 in the base,and NO.3 of Gaobaokang was sprayed once in May,July and August,2.3 L/10 m^2 each time)is the best one.The control effect is T6(83.03±0.70)>T4(77.61±1.12)>T1(77.28±0.25)>T2(74.24±0.69)>T5(73.79±0.20)>T3(71.01±1.04),and there are significant difference between T6 and other treatments.
