摘要
对小麦赤霉病菌(JF-12)有拮抗作用的76个芽孢杆菌菌株中有30个能产生抗菌物质。根据无细胞培养滤液对氯仿和热处理的稳定性将30个菌株分成三类。属于类型Ⅰ的14个菌株中,B3、Ant-27和Ant-64的抗菌物质可以被80%饱和度硫酸铵沉淀,不能通过透析膜。B3的粗提抗菌蛋白对胰蛋白酶、蛋白酶K和RNA酶均不敏感;在pH5.0~10.0范围内,抑菌活性与对照无显著差别;热处理(60℃/30min、120℃/10min和120℃/30min)后对小麦赤霉病菌和小麦纹枯病菌的抑菌活性无显著改变,但对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌活性,120℃加热10分钟后显著下降,加热30分钟后检测不到抑菌活性。B3粗蛋白液可以被DE52柱(2.6cm×40cm)吸附和洗脱,对植物病原真菌和对水稻白叶枯病菌有作用的成分在不同的NaCl梯度洗脱。
Of 76 antagonistic strains of Bacillus spp., 30 can produce antagonistic s ubstances (AS). These strains were divided into three types according to their stability of antagonistic substances to chloroform and heat treatment (120℃/20m in). 3 strains from type I, B3, Ant 27 and Ant 64 produced antagonistic subst ances which could not pass through dialysis membrane. Further experiment indica ted that the AS of B3 can be precipitated by (NH 4) 2SO 4 at a saturation of 80%, resistant to trypsin, proteinase K and RNase. It was stable at even 120 ℃ for 30min, and still effective against Fusarium graminiearum and Rhizoctonia cerealis. But inhibitory activity of B3 AS to Xanthomonas ory zae pv. oryzae became weak after being treated at 120℃ for 10 minutes, and no activity at all after treatment at 120℃ for 30 minutes. At pH 5 0~10. 0, no significant difference in activety was observed. Crude extract of antagon istic proteins could be adsorbed and eluted by DE52 column. Components inhibito ry to fungi and bacteria were eluted at various NaCl gradients. This suggusted that B3 can produce two kinds of antagonistic proteins.
