摘要
在教学质量保障体系中,学生、教师和教学管理人员担负着各不相同而又极其重要的职责。突出学生的主体地位、教师的主导作用和教学管理人员的服务主体作用,并将保障措施向教学环节前移,彰显以人为本的质量保障理念,构建教师由课堂主体地位转向课堂主导地位,学生变被动学习转向自主学习,教学管理者由检查考核督促转向激励约束引导的"三转"教学质量保障的新模式,这是顺应高校人才培养新形势的必然选择。
In the teaching quality assurance system,students,teachers and teaching administrators play different yet vitally important roles. In order to conform to the new situation of talent-development in the university,it is a inevitable choice to emphasize students' self-reliance role,teachers' guiding role and administrators' serving role. Meanwhile,it is a must to put the assurance measures forward towards teaching sectors to highlight people-oriented concept of teaching quality assurance. By switching roles a new teaching quality assurance can be constructed,in which teachers switch to guiders,Students become passive learning to autonomous learning and administrators switch to the incentive,restraint and guide from the inspection,check and supervision.
