摘要
用抑菌圈法,在室内研究4种农药对魔芋(Amorphophallus konjac)软腐病病原菌的毒力大小。结果表明,4种农药对魔芋软腐病病原菌的毒杀力不同。以0.075%苦参碱的效果最佳,其EC_(50)为0.689 mg/L,其次为10.5%烟枯净,EC_(50)为0.950 mg/L,再次为36%农用硫酸链霉素,其EC_(50)为2.727 mg/L,12.5%氯溴异氰尿酸效果最差,其EC_(50)为4.821 mg/L。
Through halo test method,the toxicity of four kinds of pesticides against the pathogen of konjac soft rot was tested in laboratory. The results showed that the antipersonnel force of four kinds of bactericide are not identical. The best was the0.075% matrine,its EC_(50) was 0.689 mg/L,followed by 10.5% Yankujing,its EC_(50) was 0.950 mg/L,the third was for 36% streptomycin sulphate,the EC_(50) was 2.727 mg/L,and 12.5% chlorine bromine luric acid was the worst,its EC_(50) was 4.821 mg/L.
