摘要
为了解贵州魔芋软腐病的致病病原,对取自贵州台江县的魔芋软腐病病原菌进行了分离、回接和鉴定。结果表明:在分离到的16个菌株中发现1株病原菌能引起魔芋软腐病,通过16SrDNA序列分析发现该病原菌为菊欧文氏杆菌(Erwinia chrysanthemi);通过化学转化法,成功获得了病原菌绿色荧光蛋白标记的工程菌株。
The pathogenic bacteria strains of Amorphophallus rivieri soft rot from Taijiang County,Guzhou were isolated,inoculated and identified to study the pathogen of Amorphophallus rivieri soft rot in Guizhou.The results showed that one pathogenic bacteria strain to cause Amorphophallus rivieri soft rot is isolated from 16 strains,and the strain is identified as Erwinia chrysanthemi by 16 SrDNA sequence analysis.The engineering strain with GFP marker is successfully obtained by the chemical conversion method.
