摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病常见的并发症,其病程变化及病因、发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前西医对本病的治疗手段有限,而众多研究结果和临床经验表明中医药在治疗DPN上取得较大进展。现将近几年的DPN中医药临床治疗作一概述。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） is one of complications in diabetes. There haven＇t been clear explanations on its course, causes and pathological mechanism. Currently, there are limited western medicine treatment methods to this disease. Many researches and clinical experience suggest that there have been great progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment to DPN. This paper is to give a general review on recently relative clinical therapy to DPN.
