摘要
就GB/T 17136—1997《土壤质量-总汞的测定-冷原子吸收分光光度法》中样品的前处理、消解过程中氧化剂的选择等进行改进,并对改进方法进行验证。结果表明可选用硫酸-硝酸-过硫酸钾体系替代硫酸-硝酸-高锰酸钾体系消解土壤,该方法校准曲线的相关系数达0.999,其检出限、测定下限、方法精密度和准确度都符合测试规定,该方法在重复性、稳定性方面优于国标方法。
The method for sample pretreatment and digestion oxidant selection in GB/T 17136-1997 "Soil quality- Total mercury determination-Cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry" was improved, and the improved method was verified. The results showed that the sulfuric acid-nitric acid-potassium persulfate system could replace the sulfuric acid- nitric acid-potassium permanganate system to digest the soil. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.999, the detection limit, the lower determination limit, the precision and accuracy of the improved method were in acc, ordance with the testing regulations. The improved method was superior to the national standard method in terms of repeatability and stability.
