摘要
以土壤标准样品为研究对象,比较了用湿法消解原子吸收光谱法和国标法两种不同前处理方法在测定土壤中铜、锌、铅、镉元素含量时的检出限、准确性、重现性等指标,以期为实验室土壤重金属检测提供更好、更快的方法.实验结果表明,采用湿法消解原子吸收光谱法进行前处理时,其检出限较国标法更优、测定值相对标准偏差更小,采用该方法测定的稳定性和精密度更好.同时,该方法可以进行批样处理,操作简便,对消解设备的要求也不高,因而适用于地市级仪器设备普通的科研单位和监测部门.
In order to find a better and faster method to determinate the heavy metal contents in soil, the soil standard sample is taken as the research subject by comparing two different kinds of pretreatment (the wet digestion AAS method and GB method) so as to measure the contents of Cu, Zn, Pd and Cd, and to find out indices like the detection limit, accuracy, repeatability in particular. The results show that, the wet-digestion AAS method had obvious advantages over the GB method, with a better detection limit, a smaller RSD, and greater stability and precision. At the same time, this method is capable of Batch processing and easy to handle with less strict requirement of the digestion equipment, making it an ideal method for departments in charge of research and monitoring at the prefectural level.
