摘要
用6种常见的生物样品总汞湿式消解法消解鱼样组织,并分析了几种因素对消解效果的影响。结果表明,如果控制好滴加量,高锰酸钾可以更完全消解样品。加入硫酸虽会造成空白值增大,但可以大大加强消解能力。双氧水和硝酸有一定的消解能力,但也会带来干扰。结果还表明,加热容易造成汞挥发损失,建议用室温消解。
Six wet methods of digestion for for mercury determination fish sample are used and compared in this paper.And analyze the effect of some factors on digestion.The results showed KMnO4 and H2 SO4 are good for digestion while HNO3 and H2O2 have a negative impact digestion. The results also showed that it better to digest at room temperature because higher temperature result in a loss of mercury.
