摘要
目的了解江西省南昌市免疫规划人员的信息素养现状和影响因素,为制定信息素养培养策略提供参考。方法从信息意识、信息知识、信息能力和信息道德等方面,开展信息素养问卷调查,计算信息素养得分(满分为100分),并采用Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果 479名研究对象信息素养平均得分为72.91(±8.36)分,384名(82.3%)了解信息素养的概念,415名(86.6%)了解信息的基本理论,74名(15.4%)完全不了解本学科信息资源。聘用形式和所在机构是信息素养的主要影响因素。结论南昌市免疫规划人员综合信息素养水平较低。应根据实际需要开展免疫规划人员的信息素养培养工作。
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of information literacy among immunization program staff in Nanchang,and to provide evidence for developing training programs of information literacy.Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the information literacy of immunization program staff,including information awareness,knowledge,capacity and morale.The average score（out of 100） of information literacy was calculated,and a logistic regression model was used to determine risk factors.Results The average score of the information literacy among 479 subjects was72.91（±8.36）.In all subjects,384（82.3%） knew about the conception of information literacy,415（86.6%） knew about the basic theory of information,and 74（15.4%） did not know professional information resources completely.Employment and work situations of subjects significantly influenced the level of information literacy.Conclusions The level of information literacy was low among immunization program staff in Nanchang.We should conduct a training program of information literacy for immunization program staff.
