摘要
人类发展观的形成经历了从线性发展观到系统发展观的历史演变;线性发展观在促进社会发展的历程中起到"双刃剑"的作用;持续发展观和科学发展观尤其是"五大发展"观的产生标志着系统发展观的建构已成雏形。"五大发展"观强调的发展是系统的发展,其发展的系统结构是一种耗散结构,对此可以通过耗散结构理论进行分析;"五大发展"观具有合规律性与合目的性,它是指导生态文明建设的重要理念。
The formation of the concept of human development has experienced historical evolutions that from the linear development view to system development. Linear development view plays a double- edged sword role in the process of promoting the development of the society. The concepts of sustainable development and scientific development especially the emergence of five development concepts marked that the construction of system development view has become an embryonic form. The development that five development concepts emphasize is the development of system, and the system structure of develop- ment is a dissipative structure. Therefore the analysis could be done through the dissipative structure the- ory. Five development concepts have the characteristics of regularity and purposiveness, and they are the important ideas in guiding the construction of ecological civilization.
