摘要
阶梯式发展是"螺旋式上升"、"波浪式前进"等发展形式的重要补充;它既具有普遍性又具有特殊性,它能够反映事物发展的整体性、必然性、等级性、线性等特征而不能反映其个体性、偶然性、随机性、非线性等特征,难以反映事物从简单到复杂、从无序到有序等发展向度;它为发展哲学研究提供了一种新的研究视域,为生态文明发展提供了理论判据。
Stepped development possesses some universal characteristics such as the unity of intermittent and continuity, and the unity of forward and upward, which reflect the nature of development in things. Meanwhile its particularities like integrity, necessity, ~adability, and linearity can only reflect the corresponding characteristics of the development in things or reflect the trend that things develop form low to high, but neither reflects some characteristics about things, such as the individuality, contingency, randomness and non - linearity, nor reflects the trend that things develop from simple to complex, from disorder to order. To develop the ecological civilization and realize the Chinese dream, we must seek for the stepped development model with Chinese characteristics according to Chinese national conditions. Stepped development provides a new research perspective for the study on the development of philosophy.
