摘要
西部大开发是一项具有战略意义的、大规模的、全方位的社会实践活动 ,也是一项复杂的大系统工程。为了完成这项大系统工程 ,需要运用当代系统发展观 ,来指导人们正确认识并积极参与这项重要的社会实践活动 ,进而通过改进人们的思维与观念 。
The great development of Western Area is a social practical activity which has a wide scope and strategic significance.And it is also a complicated enormous systematic project.In order to complete this project,we need to use the viewpoint of systematic development at present to guide people realize it correctly and participate actively in this important social practical activity.Then by means of improving people's thinking and viewpoint,we can provide a guarantee in the field of scientific thinking for the development of Western Area.
