摘要
目的对皱瘤海鞘的化学成分进行研究。方法用色谱法以及光谱技术分离鉴定其化学成分。结果从皱瘤海鞘中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:月桂酸(1)、棕榈酸(2)、5-羟基-3,4-二甲基-5-戊基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(3)、5-羟基-3,4-二甲基-5-丙基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(4)、9-十八碳烯酸-2’,3’-二羟基丙酯(5)、2’-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(6)、2’-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(7)、乙基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、尿嘧啶核糖核苷(9)、腺嘌呤核糖核苷(10)、2’-脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(11)。结论其中化合物1~6和9~11均为首次从该种海鞘中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Styela plicata. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography methods. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical analysis, and compared with the compound database literatures. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extraction of Styela plicata, and their structures were identified as dode- canoic acid (1), palmitic acid (2), 5-hydroxy-3,4-dimethyl-5-pentylfuran-2(SH)-one (3), 5-hydroxy- 3,4-dimethyl-5-propylfuran-2(5H)-one (4), 9-octadeeenoic acid-2,3-dihydroxy propyl ester (5), ethyl- a-D-glucopyranoside(6), 2'-deoxyuridine (7), 2'-deoxythymidine (8), uridine (9), adenosine (10), 2'-deoxyade-nosine (11), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1---6 and 9--11 were obtained from the Styela plicata for the first time.
