摘要
从中国广东惠州大亚湾海域采集的皱瘤海鞘的甲醇 氯仿提取物中分离出混合甾醇和神经酰胺两类化合物 ,混合甾醇经波谱分析和GC MS联机分析 ,发现其主要由 9种甾醇组成 ,含量约为甲醇 氯仿提取物的 2 0 %。通过波谱分析 (如IR ,1 HNMR ,1 3 CNMR(DEPT)、1 H 1 HCOSY、RCT、FABMS)和GC MS分析证明神经酰胺结构是由 4个同系物组成 ,含量为提取物的 0 .1%。
Two compositions, a sterol mixture and a ceramide mixture, were isolated from the extract of a tunicate, Styela plicata, collected from the Dayawan Bay, Guangdong. Nine sterols were detected by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), and their structure was confirmed by spectroscopic analysis. The ceramide mixture, composed of four ceramides, were also identified by spectroscopic analysis such as infrared spectroscopy, H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), (CNMR)-C-13 (DEPT), H-1-H-1 correlation spectrometry, relayed coherence transfer spectroscopy, fast atomic bombardment mass spectrometry, and GC-MS. The contents of sterols and the ceramides in the extract were about 20% and 0.1% respectively. The differences between the chemical constituents of the two coexisted tunicates, Styela plicata and Styela canopus, were also discussed preliminary.
